Button Battery Recycling

Thompson will start Button Battery Recycling in December!  We need you to help collect button batteries! Drop off box will be in the reception area near the recycled marker drop off. The Arlington Garden Club gifts $500 annually in button cell battery recovery funds to APS school garden projects, and Thompson directly benefited from this collection last year!

Thompson Drama Project

Hello Third, Fourth, and Fifth grade parents! Believe it or not, it is play time!

Auditions will be on Thursday, Jan. 3 and Friday, Jan. 4 after school in the Music Room. All actors who audition will receive a part – the auditions are for casting purposes.

Rehearsals will begin the week of Jan. 7, on Tuesday and Friday afternoons (though students will not necessarily need to attend both days), with one weekend tech rehearsal in March.

The play will be performed the week of April 7-11. There is no cost for participation, but as this is a 100% volunteer organization, we do ask that all families volunteer to help out.  Watch for more information coming in the next few weeks. Direct questions to: thompsondramaproject1@gmail.com.
